Evie and Merrick both struggled letting go and letting themselves fall into one another because of their pasts. It had everything you want and expect when picking up one of Keeland’s books. The Boss Project was certainly a slower burner but not a slow feel while reading. She was a fiesty, fiery lady that loved with her whole being and really brought this book full circle. I honestly love every single book she’s put out in this bookish loving world for us readers! I adored both Evie and Merrick so,so much! And Kitty, Kitty is a woman that I could only wish was my grandma, oh the fun we would have getting into to trouble. I just had no idea where this one was going to land.I really feel like a broken but in the BEST way record when I write reviews by this author.
